We ask all patients for feedback.
We use this feedback to help us maintain the high standards we aim for at our centre, and to benchmark our performance against NHS standards.
When we asked patients about aspects related to NHS standards, we received the following feedback.
*Between April 2023 and February 2025, 84 out of 89 expected patient feedback forms were returned. Five forms were not received due to loss to follow-up or lack of response. The feedback forms include questions for both internal improvement and NHS reporting. Of the 89 patients, only 70 completed the NHS-specific questions.
