New Website Launch by DDRC Healthcare
DDRC Healthcare's new website launch has improved navigation, aided online booking and reduced complexity for online visitors.
DDRC Healthcare has kicked off 2018 with a new look website launch at www.ddrc.org . It has been built in partnership with Plymouth based creative agency, Bluestone360.
Throughout the project the first priority was to enable people with a diving or hyperbaric emergency to easily access urgent medical advice. As a 24/7 medical emergency facility, DDRC Healthcare has to ensure continuous access to clear guidance and advice at all times.
Kathryn Slater, Communications and Fundraising Manager at DDRC Healthcare, said;
“Our greatest challenge is managing the different needs of our diverse online visitors. DDRC Healthcare, as a charity, tends to provide information, whilst our trading subsidiaries sell a range of training courses and medicals. We also required integration with online booking and payment facilities.
Creating ways for each individual visitor to quickly navigate their way to the content that they want, has been complex. Our online visitors come from across the globe, with hugely varying interests and needs.
We are delighted with the positive feedback that we have already received from customers, users and staff. The clean, clear and usable design has simplified the user experience and provided us with a platform that is straightforward to manage”.
