Here are some Youtube channels with Optokinetic Videos. These can be used for training for those who find their dizziness is provoked by visual stimulation. It is best to have them playing on a big screen so that they fill your visual field. Start by standing stationary looking at the videos. If this feels easy, progress the exercise by walking towards the screen, then by walking towards the screen whilst turning your head from side-to-side. Stimulating dizziness will help with your recovery but ensure you do this in a safe environment to avoid injury!
