I grew up in Gloucestershire and learned to SCUBA dive at Plymouth Polytechnic (now University of Plymouth).
Following graduation I worked offshore as a commercial diver and then a Fort Bovisand Instructor. This is where I first became involved with DDRC. Whilst working in Southeast Asia I kept in contact with my friends at DDRC and was able to deliver IMCA DMT courses at the Royal Thai Navy Hospital in Bangkok. Now living back in the UK, I will be principally working with the Training Team in delivering the IMCA DMT courses

In my spare time I enjoy trail running (well, walking mostly), cycling and being in the mountains. Good coffee and craft beer are ancillary passions!
