I have had or currently have cancer, can I still dive?
Cancer pathologies as well as their treatments are hugely varied therefore each individual is assessed on a case by case basis. Your dive doctor would need to know more information about your medical history, cancer treatment and if you are still being treated/ followed up.
The best place to start is to collect any information you have such as oncology letters and your GP summary care record and to book a fitness to dive telephone consultation. You will likely need to be booked in for a face to face medical following this for a full examination.
